OUR STORY
It all began in early 2017 with four entrepreneurs and a crazy idea dreamt up on a flight from the UK to Canada.
Concerned by climate change and the need to accelerate energy transition, we launched the Energy Disruptors: UNITE event series. An award winning future of energy, climate and mobility summit designed to boldly address the opportunities and challenges presented by energy transition. Global thought-leaders like Sir Richard Branson, Malcolm Gladwell, Susan Cain, Dr. Vivienne Ming and Sir Ken Robinson took to our stage to discuss new sharing business models, disruptive technologies and innovations, global policy trends, cultural and social transformation opportunities, and the need for multi-stakeholder and unlikely collaborations.
After only four years and two award-winning summits, what was once an audacious goal to unite the world's boldest energy and climate trailblazers quickly became the fastest-growing future energy, climate and mobility event in the world.
Coinciding with the launch of Energy Disruptors back in early 2017, we created
McLaren Dion Edge, a new type of executive search specializing in ESG, climate and energy related leadership roles supporting our clients on their journey’s to
net-zero.
